My Doctor

MY doctor is a web based clinic management system that can manage small to medium sized clinics of any nature. It allows the different clinical processes to be documented under one system for ease of maintenance of data and traceability.

The system was built to specifically cater for needs of medium and small scale medical institutions while emphasizing on reliability, robustness and afford ability. The system is based on the php/mysql platform and is portable with any operating system.

My Doctor has the following modules:

Patient registration: Allows patients details to be captured and stored in the system. These records enable the patients progress to be captured throughout the treatment process and to be used at a later patient appointment.

Doctor: Allows doctors to be able to document the treatment they administer to their patients. It also allows the doctor to keep a diary that helps them plan their day.

Accounts: Enables the accounts person to generate receipts and invoices for the patients and be able to generate reports on the accounts.

Reports: Allows the clinic to displays the final reports of the various processes and modules e.g. accounts, expenses, patient registration etc and print them if need be.

Admin: Allows the administrator to view all the processes and documents in the system including accounts, expenses, patient admission and doctors.

School CMS website project

This project was started in late 2010 to develop affordable content management web systems to schools. The project was developed to enable schools in Kenya put content about their school on the internet. This Content Management System(CMS) allowed schools to have content driven websites which they could use to pass information to the parents and public including exam results, event calendar showing the events for the entire term and other important information which could be downloaded from their websites.

Some of the links on the school CMS include : Administration, Academics, co-curricular, facilities, photo gallery, events calendar, downloads etc. Since the inception of this project, we have been able to work with at least 3 major schools on the development and design of their websites. We hope to work with more schools during this year.
