Our Approach

We implement a rigorous framework to develop exemplary solutions. We employ widely accepted and world standard methodologies in structuring our projects. We adopt the Structured Systems Analysis and Design (SSADM) methodology in all our projects. Being iterative it is appropriate to facilitate Application Development and incorporates phase reviews for checks and balances to keep the projects on track and to keep both the stake-holders and stake-owners on course. Our project management has been classified into a four step cycle that we, like to call the ‘4 cycle of success’! These are:

Phase 1 - Planning & Storyboarding

Because this is the basis for the entire site design, it is imperative to spend an adequate amount of time setting up the site parameters. We will work closely with you to determine several factors including, but not limited to: timeline, budget, content specifications (who will provide, edit, etc.), additional site needs, etc.

Phase 2 - Template Development

During this phase the site is taken "off the drawing board" and onto the web. Here we use the data provided by the client to create a template website that addresses the clients needs and meets their requirements as discussed in the planning phase.

Phase 3 - Editing & Changes

After a joint review and edit of the new site, any and all necessary changes will be made. This phase does not need to take a long time and can be drastically shortened if we work closely with one another throughout Phases 1 and 2.

Phase 4 - Delivery & Launch

Once everything has been tested, the final pages and graphics will be loaded onto the server and the project will be completed. If you would prefer to have the new pages uploaded along the way that is a feasible option as well, but will need to be done on a sectional basis so as to maintain functionality.
